Make sure that ".NET Framework 2.0" is installed with your PC to boot POS printer utilities.

- Except some versions, ".NET Framework 2.0" is not installed under Windows XP or 2000.
- ".NET Framework 2.0" cannot be not installed under the normal update or service pack by Windows Update. Install ".NET Framework 2.0" by designating "custom" or downloading files and a service pack from below web site.
- Windows Vista and 7 are not subject because the runtime library of the versions is already installed.
