Windows 7 compatibility
Windows 7 was not assumed at the development but there is no problem according to performing data of inside or outside.

 

64 bit compatibility
Layout Utilities is a 32 bit application. It cannot generate native 64 bit applications.

 Set and rebuilt "platform target" of your project as "x86" to make operable under the 64 bit environment.
