A buffer command should not be easily used because of its very strong command.

The resasons are as following.
1. A buffer cannot be cleared not to receive a command with a full buffer setting.
2. It cannot be judge between printed and not printed data after clearing printing data in a buffer.

In order to use a buffer clear command, it is necessary to
 - monitor status of a printer frequently.
 - send a buffer clear command when an abnormality occurs.
 - resend printing data from the top of the receipt.
