- A power cable is not connected firmly.

Check the connecting situation of a power cable. Try it again to connect a power cable adequately.

 

-A RESET signal is input from an interface.

Check whether to recur if an interface cable is removed from a printer. Some printers are operated to enable or disable a RESET signal by a DIP switch or a memory switch. Refer to your instruction manual to change the setting. Without changing a function of a RESET signal, try to remove a RESET signal between a host and a printer.

 

-A breakdown or stoppage in a printer.

A printer may not work. Contact your distributor to arrange for the repair.
