The reasons for the failure are as follows.

1) Connected a printer to a PC before installing a driver.
2) It was interrupted on the way of installation.

For the error handling,

1) Turn power off to the printer, and turn it on after installation of a driver.
2) If 1) goes wrong, delete the printer displayed as "Devices", and then precede the same process as 1)

To install a driver automatically or manually,
  - Click "Devices and Printers", right-click the name of your computer and click "Device installation settings",
  - and then click "Yes" or "No" and  click "Save changes".
