1. Download from the packaging CD-ROM or click the following address to install the latest drivers for new models.

3. Click the following address listing the other drivers, most of which are compatible with old models. But the drivers are not compatible with Windows Vista and 7.

If all of the above fails, you may install a diver named "Generic / Text Only" which is packed with Windows to print texts only. It is possible for users to customize the driver in order to add a cut or drawer-opening function.
